2900 E Van BurenAHI’s newest motel conversion project will begin construction in early 2024, with expected occupancy by early 2025. In addition to 50 studio apartments, the property will feature a community kitchen, community room, and resident computers. Onsite supportive services will be available to support residents in maintaining self-sufficiency and creating a healthy living environment.
