Arizona Housing, Inc. is closing the loop on homelessness, helping people attain true self-sufficiency by providing quality affordable housing coupled with comprehensive social services. Founded in 1995, Arizona Housing, Inc. owns and operates over 700 affordable supportive apartments in Phoenix, Arizona.

Arizona Housing, Inc became a part of Copa Health in 2026. Residents will continue to have a safe, affordable place to call home while gaining expanded access to integrated health and employment supports.

Get a dollar of dollar credit on your Arizona Income Taxes. Up to $985 for couples filing jointly or $497 for individuals through the Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO) Tax Credit. Arizona Housing Inc. QCO number is 20329.
